Cal State University San Marcos Sports Complex Master Plan and Phase 1

KTU+A prepared a feasibility study and cost analysis for the development of the first phase of the CSUSM Sports Complex, which consists of one NCAA baseball field, one NCAA softball field and one multi-purpose soccer field. The feasibility study explored two construction phases for the ballfield facility. Phase one consists of a practice facility for both baseball and softball, designed to NCAA standards, and the grading of multi-propose field. Phase Two consists of full build out for each field, complete with spectator stands, concessions, perimeter landscape and an access road. The feasibility study exhibits and cost analysis will aid the CSUSM Athletic Department in fundraising for the complex.
