Experience: David manages projects and workflow in federal planning and resource management services. He specializes in habitat planning and design, GIS mapping and the integration of conceptual development, park master plans, Visual Nature 3D© modeling and animation, as well as the writing and development of master plans, strategic plans, regional infrastructure plans, requirements planning and analysis, MILCON development, site planning, and design for federal installations.
David is experienced in most regions of the continental United States ranging from Chicago to Southern Texas, and Maryland to Southern California. His projects have taken him abroad to locations such as Naples, Italy and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
David has also served as Vice President of Social Programs for the San Diego Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
