Governor Business Park
KTU+A prepared a conceptual master plan and construction documents for the common areas of 100-acre business park, including street improvements, recreational facilities and open space trails. KTU+A also prepared construction plans, specifications and estimates for 15 of the three to five story office buildings within the business park. Work associated with the buildings included parking lots, courtyards and outdoor patios.
