KTUA prepared a Parks and Recreation Master Plan for the City of Montclair. This Plan was the first of its kind and was therefore designed to be as comprehensive as possible to help guide the city for the next twenty years. The Plan includes a robust existing conditions analysis, an inventory of park amenities, extensive community engagement, and a varying list of recommendations to address infrastructure and recreation programming gaps. The Plan identifies necessary changes that will help the City best serve current and future residents. Priority projects such as park infill amenities and guidance on staffing and programming are included in this Plan.
