Landscape Architect, Jerod Huwa, has experience managing a wide variety of projects including parks, campuses and healthcare facilities, streetscapes, mixed-use development, and urban design projects. He enjoys working with clients to refine design ideas and brings an in-depth understating of planning, conceptual and detailed design, construction documentation, and construction administration to each project he’s entrusted with. He also specializes in hand rendering and computer productions that help clients visualize projects before they are constructed.
Jerod benefits from having worked as a landscape architect on projects throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Florida prior to moving to southern California. He has a passion for improving the built environment and working as a team to create meaningful, memorable spaces that connect people to their surroundings. Jerod enjoys working with clients to refine design ideas, and also specializes in perspective illustrations. Since joining KTUA in June of 2018, Jerod has been working on numerous projects including a pedestrian promenade for a private development in Downtown San Diego, conceptual design for projects at Mira Costa College and Southwestern College, as well as multiple projects at the University of San Diego.
